I purchased an American Flyer green New Haven passenger train set in the 1960’s at a train show. This was a link coupled set, but the couplers would not stay coupled. I took the set to a repair shop and they could not correct the problem. I finally wired the cars together. This solved the uncoupling problem, but created a bigger problem when servicing the rolling stock.

I installed the “Link Coupler Latches” you sent. No more uncoupling and easy rolling stock servicing. Your hard work and dedication to develop a solution is so greatly appreciated.      Dave G

JIM AND I HAVE BEEN USING THE LINK COUPLER LATCH AND IT WORKS AND SOLVES OUR PROBLEM. IT CLEARS SWITCHES AND 90 DEGREE CROSSOVERS. IT TAKES “S” SHAPED CURVES AT HIGH SPEED AND DOES NOT UNCOUPLE OR JAM UP. OUR TRACK IS ROUGH WITH SEVERAL DIPS AND TIGHT TURNS. THE LATCH WORKED GREAT WITHOUT UNCOUPLING!      MIKE F
